Create a bespoke leadership development programme for the management team to help take them to the next level of their development. The brief was quite specific and it was critical that impact to the organisation was consistent and effective. After a full specification of requirements, a programme was laid out and then executed.
We reviewed the company’s mission and values, ambitions and brand expectations. The team was very well established and most of them had grown from hands on skilled jobs into management roles. The programme consisted of 6 modules delivered over a nine month period. It was delivered using real life experiences, interlaced with theory and was interactive so as to engage with the audience.
