Today, we have officially launched a new division: Strategi Global Solutions, aimed at supporting international small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to establish and grow in the UK market. 

Strategi Global Solutions will provide tailored guidance and hands-on support that simplifies the complexities of UK market entry for overseas businesses. With a focus on clarity, regulatory navigation, and cost-efficient pathways, the new global division strengthens the Group’s international footprint and marks a major step in its strategic growth plans. 

At the helm of this expansion is Wendy Dean, our Group CEO, whose vision for sustainable business growth has guided Strategi since its founding. Under her leadership, Strategi has grown from a regional HR consultancy into a multi-discipline group helping organisations deliver transformation and build leadership capability. 

Driving commercial growth for the new global business is Qash Miah, Partnerships Director, who joined Strategi last month. Qash will be focused on building strategic alliances and ensuring international clients benefit from a seamless landing to the UK.
