What’s included in the HR Essentials package:
2 Hours Consulting per Month
Your hours can be used for any HR issues, and any actions that may come from the half-day audit. 12 month minimum contract on a retained basis.
HR Audit
A member of the Strategi HR team will spend a half-day in your business to complete an audit on current policies and procedures, employee handbook, contracts of employment etc. From the audit you will get a report that includes recommended actions for updating HR
processes and procedures.
HR Survival Skills Training Course
A full delegate place on our fast-paced, hands-on HR Survival Skills Training Course, designed to power up your confidence and capabilities.
