Strategi has seen rapid growth since our inception three years ago, now employing in excess of 20 people, offering a wide range of services, including HR, learning and development, training, marketing, PR, design, and health, safety and environmental consultancy.
From the start, we have always displayed a deep commitment to our team, forever looking for ways to improve their experience.
We are passionate about training, mentoring, and apprenticeships, and believe absolutely in equality. Our team works in an open, communicative, and friendly environment where partnership is a core value. The directors at Strategi encourage the team to step out of their comfort zones, be brave and take new opportunities and experiences.
The team are also offered work flexibility and pensions. More than anything, employees engage with one another. At Strategi, individuals are part of a team.
“At Strategi, our people are the key to our success,” says managing director Wendy Dean, who was recently awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award at Signal One’s prestigious Inspiration in Business Awards.
“Investment in people is at the core of the Strategi ethos, delivering an environment where all share the desire to take the company to the next level.
“We have some incredibly talented and knowledgeable individuals who work for us and we have left no stone unturned in creating a vibrant, happy, and creative environment. Strength comes from working as a team and that approach has been mirrored in our success.
“Our team believe in Strategi and we believe in them.”
Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce’s annual awards, staged at a glittering ceremony at Staffordshire County Showground on July 5th, showcase the achievements, success stories and outstanding performance of Staffordshire’s best businesses, and are a highlight of the business year.
“I am proud of Strategi for being nominated for this award,” adds Wendy, “and I’m sure, whatever the outcome, the event itself will be an exciting evening revealing the very best our wonderful county has to offer.”
