Imposter syndrome is the persistent inability to believe that one’s success is deserved or has been legitimately achieved because of one’s own efforts or skills.
Symptoms include chronic self-doubt, fear of failure, perfectionism, and overworking which often leads to burnout. This half day workshop covers the different types of imposter syndrome and gives tips on how to manage feelings and behaviours.
The session helps delegates to understand what imposter syndrome is and how it manifests: there are 5 types of imposter syndrome and delegates are encouraged to identify their own imposter feelings and behaviours.
