We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Rob Fisher as CEO of Strategi Solutions as part of planned succession within the business.

Previously Managing Director of Strategi, Rob has been with the business since October 2016 and this appointment is part of our longer-term succession plan.

Originally joining Strategi as Director of HR Services, Rob’s career has spanned a number of HR and leadership roles, including for Staffordshire business Ornua Nutrition Ingredients.

Rob has developed his role during his time with Strategi and supports the local area by sitting on various boards throughout the area giving his free time and experience to support other organisations.

Wendy Dean will assume the role of Founder and Chair as part of this change.

Rob is delighted with the move and said,

“As the business grows, we need to stay on track with our ambitious plans. It’s an absolute pleasure to appoint Rob as CEO. I’m excited to continue to work on my two main passions of celebrating and supporting women through projects such as sitting on the board of Women of the Year Awards (WOTY), Level 7 Apprenticeship for Women Leaders and the Foundation of Education Development (FED) linking education and business together.

As we continue to grow and evolve, my focus will be on being an ambassador for the Strategi Solutions Group Ltd team as we pursue new opportunities, whilst staying true to the vision that has driven us from the start.”
