For the award submission we focussed on our culture change programmes, that embrace the innovative concept that culture within an organisation has to be driven from the bottom up, through employees. The programme is fully scaleable having already been delivered to a raft of clients operating with workforces ranging from 80 to 3,000. This includes having employee champions, recognising and rewarding performance against core values, striving to be an employer of choice and ensuring that the right HR infrastructure is in place to support this.
The programme is based on the principles of the ‘HR Strategy Pathway’ that was developed by our Managing Director, Wendy Dean and which details a five step approach necessary for a company to follow in order to successfully embed a positive culture change into their organisation.
The team is now looking forward to heading to London in November, to attend a glittering awards dinner and to meet with the other finalists. This will be the second award ceremony for the team in November as we will also be competing for the title of New Business of the Year, in the Lloyds Bank National Business Awards.
Wendy Dean added: “We are absolutely delighted to have been shortlisted as finalists in what are incredibly significant awards for the HR industry. To be recognised for our success at a national level is a fantastic accomplishment for us, and a great recognition for what we have achieved as a team since we launched. This has even more significance for us, as our roots still remain firmly embedded in the HR sector.”
